• 1. What's your background and what kind of experience do you have?
    Nationwide Detectives team consists of experienced investigators with varied backgrounds viz intelligence, law enforcement, government, Armed forces and information technology. All investigators are required to undergo a professional training program we hold the distinction of resolving cases in shortest span of time. We have built up a reputation of being able to understand the needs of clients on case to case basis and provide a tailor made solutions keeping in mind his financial boundaries and time frame. class.   • 2. "I'm worried about anyone else finding out that I've employed you. Who else will you tell?"
    We believe in total confidentiality, which is paramount in our profession. Once you have trusted in our services, we will only submit results/ reports to you or person / legal representative deputed by you. We ensure proper authenticity prior submitting reports and same will be verified in each case. We are under no obligation to inform any third party of what we are doing for you and we never release any information to law enforcement or other relevant agencies.
  • 3. How do you charge?
    It is based on type of task, operation and services desired by the clients. To work out the costing we need to know the details of task, operation, service the client needs. Thereafter we discuss the matter to calculate the budget/ costing and time required to complete the operation. The so called Scope of assignment is forwarded to the client. Once the client agrees to the scope, terms and condition we commence the task. Our charges are the most cost effective in this field with quality of results.
  • 4. How long will it take to complete my case?
    It is simple first we need to know your case. The details once received our team will be able to work out modalities within short time. The duration and cost vary from task to task. You are aware that no 2 case are similar. The circumstances, situation and environment differs in each case. Hence it may vary from few days to couple of weeks. At times the complexity of the case enhances the scope.
  • 5. "What if I'm not happy with the amount of time it will take to finish my project?"
    You are aware that Verification is a lengthy process based on leads/ links. It demands patience, concentration, speed and surveillance. We put in our best efforts to accommodate each client on priority and avoid rushing through any operation to maintain confidentiality and quality. We take pride in completing the task in shortest time frame through, error free operations.
  • 6. How do I pay?
    You can make payments through Cheque / Draft / NEFT or Cash as per your convenience. International payments can be made through wire transfers.
  • 7. How do I receive my report?
    The report can be personally collected from our office. It can be faxed or dispatched through courier/ regular mail or e-mail if so desired by you. The documents stills photographs, video footage obtained as part of Verification can be scanned and dispatched as e-mail or on a CD only on request.
